Default what to do

hi all, im stuck for ideas now with my current car, ive got a 96 STi Type RA in standard condition apart from some Revolution Milleniums that i have fitted. now im torn wether to leave it as a standard low millage car or start modding it.. i got the modding bug with my old bugeye as you know but ive not touched this one and im getting itchy feet now.. im wondering if it will be a shame to start messing with a rare-ish car or not.

any help

Just do a few small modifications to enhance the drive of the car.
Nice exhaust, panel filter and a remap. Plus some better discs and pads, rear ARB etc.
You don't need to go crazy but some small touches will really make a huge difference.

i have been toying with the idea of some ARB's to be honnest.. the car already has the STi panel filter and a scoobysport backbox which i forgot to mention. as for the remap ide have to buy an apexi FC and commander if im not mistaken or is there another ecu that can be fitted?

Your ECU can be mapped now, best speaking to a respected mapper to go through your options.
Replacing your rear ARB is a good bet, front is fine as it is.

I guess it would depend on the mods you had in mind but with all respect its just a low mileage classic so I wouldn't see much difference in resale value if it was in standard trim or modified

What would you have in mind

not too sure what to do with it, its a quick car as it is with it being very light..i know if i make it quicker then ill have to go for bigger brakes ect and thats when it starts costing loads. ive thought about lowering and replacing the ARB's for a start.. maybe some styling but i dont know where to start with that, maybe a splitter?? but it may look odd on a car with no side skirts

Personally I'd leave the body just as it is, totally original.
I'd concentrate on making it drive better and stop better.
