I had to pop down to Halfords in Tamworth today to get some bits for a job i was doing on my Bug and i was the only car in the car park at 14.30 pm ??
Surely Halfords arent that bad ? and i wouldnt say they are too expensive
Was it so quiet that you drove through the shop too?
Halfords is a rip off and only gets used by me if in desperate need at an hour local car places are shut, ie after 6pm on weekdays and a sunday at 3pm.
My local Halfords redesigned their layout last month. Went it last week and the amount of stock they done away with was shocking. Hardly any audio , the better quality cleaning gear had dwindled too. 1st thing i thought was it was on its way out.

Same at my local one too, did seem strange they had more tents than they had stereos.
