Already modded or standard?
Hoping to get back to my scooby roots very soon, ive spotted two hawkeye STI's that i like, both have been modified but one only has a straight through exhaust whereas the other has around 2ks worht of exhaust suspension and re-map mods completed on it. My question is would the mods put you off or would you just say agh well i was going to do them anyway but now ive got them for free haha.
The more modified one has loads and loads of history with it where the fella on the phone at the other garage seemed a bit sketchy as well.
Also does anyone have any experiance of prices and also the best tracker system?
One final thing is what would my mpg be like in a 330hp scoob? my last one was a modified but at 290 and this was suprisingly good on the juice even getting 30+ on a run

depends on who the work was done by... if anything engine has been done, who did the mapping?
personally, I like the suspension mods, make such a difference to the car
this is what I have in my GTR

apparantly its the TSL ecu remap, looked it up and the prices seem about right.
Which system do you have? the basic one or the more advanced tracker?

13434 posts! Where have you been hiding I'd always go for a modded car as long as there is some evidence of who did what ... be wary of +500hp models with just an ecu map though

You aware that the uk hawks seem to suffer a bit with engine problems, I'll try to find some links. JDM hawk might be a better bet?

for the 340-350bhp it should be relatively easy to see the mods, IE. induction, exhaust, etc. I dont know much about the TSL map...
Any suspension mods will more than likely save a bundle later on and should also be quite easy to ID with your head under the car.
Any links or pics of the cars?
