Does anyone know how much I could pick up a newage boot for as Ive just taken my spoiler off as it was leaking and its full of rust under it, so needs a respray. I have been quoted £240 to get the boot resprayed and the spoiler refitted but wunded if I could get a bootlid any cheaper?

Would get one cheaper than that, But not easy to find one that don't need paint, £240 sounds a bit steep though to paint a bootlid, I had mine done for £180. Made a good job as well. That was inside and out as I bought a brand new spec c aluminium bootlid.

Only cost me £200 to have mine resprayed along with fitting and spraying a new rear spoiler and welding a number of redundant holes, including the lock.

Sounds like £240 is abit over the odds then? Would be easier if I could get a bootlid second hand as I wouldnt be left without a car for a day or so then.
