What kind of backbox should I be fitting to my 09 wrx sti 330s to give it back the famous scooby burble, prodrive on it at the moment its very quiet.

The burble is due to the unequal headers not the bbox

as mentioned before its the exhaust manifold that gives the burble, any back box will be louder some more than others.

The prodrive box on the 330 is actually ok, to bring back even more burble you'll need a deresonated centre pipe and to remove the second cat, main problem with the hatch is the sound deadening in the car, I can hardly hear the exhaust whilst driving but when my wife drops me off somewhere and I'm outside its sounds lovely!

i read in total subaru the early ppp back boxs where actually scorpion made

so just go for a scorpion

i have 1 on my classic sounds nice
