Love adverts like this that say " The gearbox is hard to get into reverse, but told by my mechanic that its a easy fix, should cost around £30" No mate, its FU6ked!!!!
Seen loads of adverts like this recently that mention gearboxes crunching, grinding, not going into reverse etc, Evo's with AYC knackered but only need a new pump and then stating that its some easy fix!!!!

jealous? is that because your nissan micra only does 70? jog on wee man i think i know what speed my impreza does the speedo does not lie and read the ad its not a standard impreza now f off before i look up where your from nuf said

A lichfield type 25 does 175 mph,but this impreza can top that 
,.On a seroious note i dont think this car would hit 180 mph 
if you dropped it from mars
I think there is more chance of me getting bitten on the **** by a cabbage
,than this car hitting 150mph

you say the engine has forged parts. where these parts put in after a previous engine failure? you say the engine is good for 600 hp without the need to change anything? will the turbo and injectors cope with that sort of power? you say the engine is a closed deck block? how do you know this? what make is the ecu? do you have an estimate of the power output on the car? will you be getting the gearbox fixed before the end of the auction? do you have any paperwork for the modifications that have been done to the car? when is the tax and mot up? i am really sorry for all the questions but i just want to be sure i am buying the right car here? 22-Feb-12
A: hi its the closed deck engine identified with the crosshatching on the block i assume the first owner had it forged to make if faster? the tax and mot are lised on the advert if you did want to go upto 600 bhp you would have to fit a bigger turbo the engine will handle upto 600 but the turbo wont it does have bigger injectors and the gearbox is not faulty the link rod from the gearstick is im having a mechanic look at it tomorrow ill upload pictures of the ecu with the company sticker of who remapped it if you want to be sure you can come view the car and ill happily take you a spin in it to show you its power
