Default Tegiwa imports

is it just me or does everyone have trouble trying to speak to them.
I bought a set of wheel nuts off them, when they arrived they were the wrong size.I sent them back recorded delivery Tues pm.Friday morning they actually answered their phone and told me they had just received my returned items. They will not be sending the right size nuts out till monday. They would only give me a refund if i had the order number,i paid by paypal i dont have an order number. What a shambles. The reason behind this saga is i bought a set of nuts plus mcgard locking nuts off Revolution 7 months down the line they had gone rusty so fair play to them they sent a replacement set. When i went to fit them a couple went tight straightaway so i didnt want to risk the threads. So i then ordered another set but a different make only to find out when they arrived i couldnt have a matching lock nut. Thus i ordered off Tegiwa. All i want is a decent set of wheel nuts that wont rust.

I looked on my paypal invoice to find an order number,it doesnt exist. So no refund off Tegiwa according to the man on the phone. It always amazes me how quick suppliers take your money then drag their heels when a problem arises.
