Default Changing centre pipe

Hi, I'm looking at replacing my centre cat and wondered what benefit if any there is in changing the centre pipe at the same time? I'm looking at scoobyworlds afterburner (which i think is manufactured by h&s)

The car is an 02 sti with decat downpipe and racebox back box and want a rumble without it being too loud.
Ideas welcome, cheers

It you're replacing the resonated centre pipe, it will definately be a lot louder.

I don't mind it, but the noise can be a bit much for some.
