If the cooling "vanes" cast into the middle of the disk were curved like the grooves then yes.

I suspect that they are straight, so the disk is bi-directional (can be used in either direction).

Ian's marked up the disk for best pad "cleaning" by the grooves.

As stated it all depends upon the shape of the vanes cast into the centre of the disk..........

Centre vane direction is related to the airflow through the disc and a seperate feature to the groove direction which is for pad cleaning/de-gassing.

My disc's and jon1984 disc's are/were marked opposite.

Done a quick search and found this https://www.scoobynet.com/wheels-tyr...c-grooves.html , Godspeed's response matches how my disc's were marked.

My point is the grooves cut into the disk can be fitted either way as long as the vanes cast into the disk are correct.

Seems Ian may have changed his mind

If so (straight), they are fine the way they are

For what it's worth, Brembo cut their grooves as per your setup (although straight not curved)

Can confirm my non ventilated Godspeed disks were also marked as per that drawing.
