Silly Question regarding cats
Seeing as im not to clever, and im about to show why...
I have a question regarding cat pipes.
Im looking to change 1 or 2 cat pipes in the near future. Now as im still running standard Cats. Is it pheasable to replace both the downpipe and cat pipe with sports cats? I originally looked at de-catting the downpipe but it doesnt really make sense to me if theres another cat in the next pipe causing a restriction So if there were still 2 cats in place but more flow friendly it would be ok? Im looking at increasing the power while trying to remain mot and noise friendly as im running a de res'd afterburner cat back already. Yes ill be mapping it to compensate too.
Am i talking nonsense here or does it make sense...ish?
