Just wondering whether or not to make the trip over.

My friend seems to think because there is a bit of a nip in the air they wont run? I think he is a *** scared of the cold?

Anyone ever been on a day like to today? I know they wont run when a gnat flies over and urinates but cold im sure they would....???
