import or uk
iam after buying another scoobie this will be my 8th ive owned,i have had in the past both uk and jap imports,also one bug but i cant afford one of them now anyway in the last year ive had 3 imports one which i bought with a gearbox issue and the other two were really good cars to be honest,i really like the imports as its the pre-facelift iam after again, i thing the facelift are becoming to common, now i know you can get a 96 uk pre-facelift i was just wonderering what everybody would suggest.
not going to lie i havent got loads to spend,looking for something i can tidy up for around 1500 as my insurance is the same price. I spend most of the time working on them not driving
what do you think then

There was a thread in here yesterday where a lad was trying to sell his 95 WRX RA. It needed some TLC but seemed a decent car on the whole.
The thread was deleted by admin however.
Just take into account that £1500 will not buy you a minty car, classics are cheap now but good, well looked after cars will still demand a price quite a bit higher than £1500.
