Default Sounds even worse

Hi all

From my previous post yesterday about the oil burning off my down pipe. I have just had a call back from the garage and they said that there is so much oil they cannot even see where it could be coming from... they plan to degrease the engine from oil and start again..

When the rocker cover needs replacing how much oil would it put out???

If the issue is with the turbo clip/drain how much oil would be dropped from there??

I know there are stupid questions but I'm just trying to get a feel of what problem with the engine would pass that amount of oil.

A quick reminder on what happened. Everything was fine until yesterday when i drove it for about a mile then the engine heated up and then the oil started burning off the exhaust.

Cheers
