Default scoobyworld.

Scoobyworld delivery is shocking I ordered a pod paid via pay pal to the tune of £6 for delivery 24hr.I would not mind but I paid on the 13th jan and still no item What a complete rip off I'm hardly happy with the service and I have emailed them before I call them tomoz.Anyone else had problems with them???

I've used them a few times when urgently needing parts and always got good service. I ordered new rear shocks at 3pm and they arrived at 9am the day after.

Although I called them to place the order, for some reason I couldn't pay online. Maybe its their website itself thats not up to scratch.

Never had a problem with them, delivery was quick.

Before bad mouthing them it may be worth ringing them, probably an issue with the delivery company rather than Scoobyworld themselves.

ive used the a few times with no problems, and had suspension fitted there yesterday.
very pleased. perhaps contact them before starting a thread as the problem may not be there fault.
starting threads like this is unlikely to help if they read it.

in the opening post by you,

"scoobyworld delivery is shocking" and "what a complete rip off"

that may cause a problem if they read it and its not there fault.
maybe call first before starting a thread like this and actually see what the problem is.

so if its causes a problem what they gonna do? not send me the item I have legally paid and have reciept for?????? Cant see how my input could damage scoobyworlds rep? would they even give a toss? i doubt it.

And like I said if it turns out its the delivery companies ***** up I will honorate scoobyworld.

I have been dealing with Neil at Scooby World for 3yrs.(Remap,alloys,servicing,parts ordering, coming out to my house to fix a problem, etc etc etc). One problem in that time, which was a fault in a part which was sorted next day.I can assure you they would give a toss as reputation is everything in any business. The one problem was sorted quickly because i picked up the phone and called them (HINT)

so why not wait till you have spoken to them before starting a thread name calling ?

saves writing an apology if your wrong.

Name calling?????Generally if its my experience im entitled to an opinion on that service reguardless if you think im right or wrong. Its what makes this world great, opinions, freedom of speach but maybe next time i should ask everyone what that opinion should be before i post it??? this is really an issue thats not even there.
