UK300/WRX??
Just found some old pictures of the car I brought here:
Now looks like this:
its got the uk300 floor mats and boot carpet, plaque but on the dash and rear badge, but is it really or have they been added? It says number 172 of 300?
How can I tell the difference?

It's wierd, I've been looking for the bits and pieces but its half and half, looks like the parts that suggest it is are pretty easy to add on, has anyone on here had or does anyone have number 172/300?

Give your VIN Number and reg to IM (International Motors) they are on:-

Still trying to fathom which model it is! Have emailed IM just waiting n a reply, but in the mean time noticed it has the red manifold that suggests wrx sti engine:

The "Badging" is all in the wrong place on the boot lid for a UK300
The UK300 was a WRX with a few additions.........

It says on the log book.
Yours doesn't look like one or doesn't have the uk300 TMIC either. But looking at the intercooler fitted to your it doesn't look like an sti either.
Sti's have 6 speed too
