Subaru - Lack of Service

Went to drop my car off at the dealers this morning (Warranty Work) and I was promised a courtesy car. Arrived at 8.45am and they realised they had no courtesy car to give, all gone out.
So they gave me a lift back home in my car, once the work is complete one of the drivers will drive the car back home and they expect me to drop the driver back to the dealers, in my car.
I am very disappointed with Heritage Leicester and when you step in to the showroom, they have all these awards for customer satisfaction. B0llocks.
Right mind to make a complaint.

You have every right to be annoyed at their lack of respect and loyalty. My local Subaru dealers really does take care of me very well. Something to do with my car perhaps??? Dealer bends over backwards to give me something to play with while my cars up on the ramp! End of the day he knows I am a true car enthusiast and have a few quid under the old floorboards if you get my drift?!?

When I bought my first Subaru (MY99 second hand) I need 30k service + Air con fitting. I took it to my nearest dealer on the SW welsh borders
big mistake I was treated like sh*te, lost the booking,no appology and a dirty brown 'L' Justy with 120K miles on the clock since the last polish
If this was the way they treat me to my face how would they treat my pride and joy behind closed doors so handbrake the piece of turd around and took my toy from there.
Any way I go to listers now
they may be further away and more expensive but least they treat me right
That garage Lost out by -: MY99 30k service, Air con, 5 services, brakes, lowering, clear lenses allround and clutch, buying it off me and selling me a STi7, lowering, lights and reflectors etc. and PPP when it comes out. A quick count up come to £36K over the last 18 months or so and Plus some warrenty work
