What would YOU do...............
I've had our Scooby since 2007 and love it to bits.
The issue I have is that Mrs Big Pete has started to have minor accidents in it - hitting walls, reversing into things etc. She's never been hurt (main thing) but repairing the car is costing me an arm and a leg!
For the first time since I've had the car I am considering getting rid.
May be Mrs Big Pete'd be better off in a 'normal' car or van or tractor!!!
Your input will be most welcome

Get her an old banger she can prang sill her heart content. Take her off the scooby insurance so she can never drive it again. Say you had to take her off the scoob insurance as she could not use any NCB she has on 2 vehicles.

I have a different problem with my Mrs.
She's a very good driver indeed. In fact she entered a handicap race at Silverstone some time ago when I was racing there, and despite never having sat in my car, she went out and won it, getting the driver of the day award!
Her problem is the state her car gets in. She has Horses. I sometimes think she carries them in the car. From front to back it's plastered in crap.
There's only one solution which is why there's two X5's parked outside, one clean one and one dirty one!

Answers are top people!
Sensors would be fine if the damage was only to the rear of the car but there's damage been done to the front & to the LHS doors before now!
I've been thinking along the lines of something like a fiesta that I wouldn't mind being bashed. And keeping the Scooby for me!!!
Thanks again for your input.
Brought a smile to my face!

Buy her a run around as people have suggested.
I don't have an issue because I'm single so more money on bigger turbos and less on handbags lol.
I don't let any women drive my scooby. The only woman who has is my Mum but that was because the classic I used to drive was owned by her.
She has a good choice in cars.
