2002 wrx whats it worth?
Hi everyone, sorry if i shouldn't post this here.
Im considering selling my 2002 wrx bugeye as im about to purchase a classic car. I hate the thought of selling it but it's always nice to get an idea what it's worth.
2002 wrx bugeye in mica blue.
Just over 81,000 miles
Full service history (mostly subaru, last one scoobyworld inc cambelt Oct 2011)
Mot Oct 2012.
Tax March 2012.
Tracker 24hr monitor.
New rear shocks.
New rear brake lines.
I purchased the car from Subaru in Northamptonshire in October 2009.
Sti Uk headlights (non-hid)
Zunn sport upper and lower grilles
Htauto splitter
Afterburner vortex jap angle exhaust (cat back)
Turbosmart dump valve
K&N panel filter
Colour-coded skirts
Prosport pillar boost gauge
Toyo proxes all round
Bad bits are the usual stone chips, one small dent on rear wing. Slow puncture in one front tire. And in need of new front discs and pads.
It would be nice to hear from people who have sold their cars.
What price would i be looking at do you think?
Thanks

Thanks mate, im going to keep the old girl i think! It's hard to judge prices when looking through ebay etc. Everyone has their own opinion what they are worth so prices are all over the place!
I would rather run it into the ground and then break it than sell at that sort of money i think.

......phase 1 bodyshell (later 2002 bugs have the aerial in the rear window). Start at £2500 and accept £501 less if they haggle hard
I've got a blue bug WRX and I'm simply going to drive it until it dies and then likely sell a few bits off it. Can't bring myself to sell it as the price it would fetch would make my nose bleed...........

Definitely something to think about. Some of my family have land that i could probably use when the time came to making that decision.

......the shell is basicaly the same AFAIK, I was never sure why (or what apart from the aerial) they changed for the STi and later cars. Interestingly they put aside the earlier bodyshells for the RA etc and stuck in a roof vent. Bizarre but that's Subaru for you with no logic at all LOL
