Default Fitting anti lift kit to a v7 sti

To start with am i right in thinking that this is just the back bush of the bottom arms?

Has anyone fitted these to there car if so how hard are they to fit and do you gain anthing from them?

any help would be gratefull cheers

Is the whole bush and also some wedges under the cross member.

Not that hard to do but takes time; you need the geometry done after.

I noticed a big difference when done to mine, understeer reduced.

well i got coilovers to fit and thought if i get this done then get it all set up together

cusco ones, i dunno wether to see about sending them away for be refurbed before i fit them tho

id do anti rolll bar before anti lift kit, rear one transformed my car.

i have i have got 22mm front and rear and i got whiteline drop links alround aswel

how do you get the old bush off and the new bush on?

The bush itself is contained within the mount so when you remove the old one the bush will come out with it.
