I have registered with the above website and have set up my directory as specified. I have tried to send them photos in 3 formats (tif, jpg, bmp) but they all fail to load to the Photopoint site. I have checked the photos size and attached file size and they appear well within the site tolerances.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong as my technical knowledge is now exhausted.

I had the same problem when i started using it, what i was doing wrong was the pics were in the wrong format, try changing them to JPEG and it should work ok.
