spesso head gasket
arp head bolts
uprated coil packs

sytec fuel filter
braided hoses
wrc combustion chambers
emerald k3 engine management with 3 seperate maps 2.0 bar boost (max)

I'd probably go Simtek or Syvecs on that spec.

You'll need a 6 speed or uprated 5 if you don't want to be worried about breaking it every time you put your foot down!

I wouldn't get the Blitz Air filter stick to K & N! And you'll almost certainly want a 3' system, If you're keeping a cat I'd go Miltek. Also for the Head Gasket I've not heard of spesso I'd go Cosworth (stopper). What size injectors are you thinking - and will you go parallel rails? Plus you could consider an oil cooler as well for safety. Also you probably want an uprated 11mm oil pump.

its not the parts that you have that make a reliable motor.its how its built and mapped thats the most important.
