Default Little bit of advice..

I've tried to search for the answers and I can't find what I'm looking for, so appologies as both these questions may have been asked many times.

The drop links need replacing on my bug wagon and from what I can gather alloy is better that the standard plastic parts. The question I have is why alloy? I don't plan to track the car, its my daily drive to a from work. Are direct plastic replacements not good for normal use?

Also I want to stick on saloon wings but do I need to change the bumper for a saloon bumper or will my current ones line up with the saloon wings?

Any help appricated

Tris

Cant help on the drop links but I believe the front wings will bolt straight on without any changes, the only difference will be the lines of the car will look different (Front arches and back arches)

Thanks for the reply, the bumpers do look slightly different. Great if I don't have to change it though, saves some cash for other things.

Anybody offer any info on the drop links?

Cheers

Tris
