Hi wondered if one of you lovely people could put me in the right direction, firstly i need a under dash console pinout to laptop cable (ecu connector to laptop cable)??,
and does anyone know where i can get some diagnostic software???,
not looking to fork out for a ecu tek licenec yet ,,, both for standard factory ecu's JDM and uk .... as you can guess i have a management light on both my scoobs now ,....

You're going a bit OTT on reading the codes there mate, join 2 cables together and read the blips, job done.

cheers for the help have just run the ecu reset with the green and black cables, throttle posistion etc and am getting a really weird code up ,,,,

12 long flashes (1.3 secs)
followed by 8 short flashes (0.2 secs) and none of the codes that i have found go up this high lol ,,,,, unless i am reading it all wrong ???

Or a £20 code reader from fleebay as i did..newage that is..
