WRBLue or Black/blue

About to order the STi Prodrive.
Have a Terzo at the moment so initially was going for the WR Blue...however having seen the Black/blue colour in my view it makes the car look positively 'different' ...so 2 questions
Those with Black/blue is it a pain to live with...does the muck show up easily and Q2 what is your preference (I think that Q may have been on here before but with the search engine down cannot find it)

My 01WRX is black/blue. Does show any mark - can look like different colour in strong sunlight or close up, which is fun. I think it's definitely the colour to have, but i would say that, wouldn't I.
ps Got ten pounds off insurance too. (wow!)

You need to go over 15 posts in order to get regular status.
Mistertoad there is a symbol which is basically a scroll with a pen on it, at the top of ech of your posts.
Hover your mouse over it and it will say *edit* use that to edit your post
Back to the question of colour, go with the colour that you loke the most

Everytime this question came up I always said WR Blue. After seeing the shine on the blue black ones, I think I'd go for blue black now. They shine a fair bit more than the WR blue. They have that mirror finish.
Cheers,
Wrexy.

WR Blue, unless you like cleaning your car. Blue black will need lots of attention to look good. Colleague has a black car and when he's cleaned it, it looks the top. When he's left it for a few weeks it looks dreadful. Dust shows up within a few miles of driving too
WR Blue definately.

I'd agree with the above posts.
The "black" looks tip top when it's clean and polished and suits the various headlamp conversions better IMO.
I have a WR Blue MY01 and even when it's mankie it looks clean (if you know what i mean) and i therefore don't wash the car as often as i should. It's the wheels that dictate when the car gets a clean.
So if you're gonna neglect your scoob, WR is the colour of choice but for the Wax Wizards out there, go for the black. I know i will for my next scoob

IMHO opinion it has to be Blue/Black, large majority of scoob's I see are Mica Blue, making them way to common.
Mind you I'm a bit biased as I'm just waiting to sign the order on my first scoob, Blue/Black, Anthracite Prodrive 7 Alloys, and the Morette Headlamp conversion, can't wait to get behind the wheel, it shoul look the puppies plums.
If it does need that extra care and attention cleaning it so what if you take pride in the car you have to keep her clean

WRB seems a bit common & "boy racer" to me but v. nice all the same. Thieves would especially like to get theer hands on the WRB.
Saw a Blue/Black the other day - well smart and a little different!
End of the day it's personal choice.

WRB my preference
Did anyone like me waste £299 on the Subaru dealership Polishing/ Scotch guarding and wheel protection stuff
I reckon a better investment is to ask the Wax Wizard for a same type job for a lot less kelt and better job IMHO

WR blue is nice as i have one. But its all down to personal choice aint it.
The black is a nice but if you live in the sticks like me, then the black will be a serious problem to maintain ie Dark Mica Scratchy blue was also a nightmare.
Anyway dont worry about the colour just get the car and the colour issue will just seem trivial in comparison to the fun you have inside the car LOL.
