have to give praise where its due -there service has been very good,

i bought a pair of calipers off someone here, probably 5 months ago, it was a brand new 350mm kit, everything included, carbon effect calipers - so effectivley second hand.

just had them fitted recently and under pressure was a weap from them, contacted compbrake - even though i was not origional purchaser they arranged next day collection and tested them. even though i couldve been anybody just trying it on.
they agreed there was a weap after testing and obviously were not happy, sent out 2 brand new calipers within 2 days.

job done, no moaning/disputing. just sorted out within a couple days, even though i had no receipt ect, and they couldve easily been tampered with/damaged in transit ect.

obv people will say shouldnt have leaked in first place, but we all know any bits have tolerances, and very occasionally parts can fail - but it was just there attitude and service i wanted to praise.

always feel its appropriate thing to do, when treated well.
