Default Opinions on Slowboy Racing custom REMAP please!

Hi Guys,

Just looking for some advice really, wanted to know of peoples experience with Slowboy Racing in Brands Hatch.

I live in South East london so this is fairly local to me, was looking for a company who does remapping and I've seen these guys mentioned a fair bit. I've got a totally stock 07 Sti Limited (hawkeye) at the mo, so should be currently around the 270-280bhp mark, apparently the custom remap that they offer will take this to around 320/325bhp (leaving the stock exhaust, fuel pump etc as it is), with only the addition of a panel filter.

Has anyone had this remap from them? Just looking for some feedback please? (What were the power gains, how was the car after? how did you find them as a company etc..)

Any info is much appreciated,

Thanks,

Adrian

I've got him on facebook and sent him a PM as had trouble with my BOV and he gave good advice but never used his services.

As you he is close to me - also have SumoPower in Rye and SVA Imports in Dover (bad reports of SVA tho)

So if you hear anything or if you go let us know as need somewhere decent for major servicing etc

Cheers

I've used Neil for two years and two cars now. He has carried out great work, advising me on the ways not to ruin my motor and given me sensible advice, even if that means talking me out of getting work done that would have earned him money. Reliable, honest and on top of all of that he's even a nice guy. Highly recommended.

Not had any dealings with him myself, but he is very well thought of, no doubt jura will be along soon to tell you how fantastic he is

All reports suggest you will be in safe hands, so go and see them and see what he is up to and how you feel about him is your best bet, i think it's also important that you feel at ease with your tuner.

Look out for the white wagon in there as that is jura's car, which is having some serious work done atm.

Neil is done on my wagon(which is blue, not white )lots of work and hope so will done more.

He's great guy and honest guy and which will help you with any questions, which you have and about the mapping,he done for twice first time with TD04 and second time done with VF34 and still give me best price, which nobody at this time.

Neil does a good job at a good price. When you deal with him you will realise just how honest he is. Top bloke.
