Agreed- once you get the engine rebuilt/replaced it will not be much cheaper than some of the others out there that are struggling to shift at £4.5-5k
Also doesn't look like it has the 330mm Alcon upgrade to me......

If I had the cash i'd have that, but i'd try and knock it down a bit first as it's a little steep for one with a knocking engine I think. I'd keep the Turbo 2000 and put the P1 in the garage taking my time and enjoying every minute of the rebuild. Eventually prices will start to go up again and it'll be worth quite a bit of money.
