Refunds
Your point of view required please.
I sold and item to a member on here. He doesn't want it and would like a refund.
I have said - "Aye send them back recorded delivery so they dont get lost in the post ect and provided my address the second they come i will refund the paypal payment and postage" Job done........
Now they are saying " Nope send me the money first then i will send the item ect ect"
I said its like ebay.
You cant ask for a refund and expect the company or person to refund you BEFORE sending the item back. I know for a fact 99% of people would not be stupid enough to send cash ect before getting the item back.
I said " Send it recorded signed for so you can track it and see I have signed for it ect ect".
I don't see the big deal..........

If its just because they don't want it and that there is nothing wrong with the item, then I personally wouldn't offer a refund 
And I sure in hell wouldn't give money before the item was returned

Connor your being more than fair enough. Why on earth would you give him the money without getting your goods back. If your parts are in the same condition you sent them in he should have no issue with sending them back to you first and then you can refund him his money. 
Ive refunded a few folk on here after theyve slated me for long delivery times. Asked them to contact me once the item has arrived for repayment or return it.
Never heard from them again, never had the goods returned, never repaid me.
If its not faulty, no refund.

had the same thing with a muppet on ebay. Bought some bugeye lexus lights off us 3 weeks ago and badgered us every day asking if they were sent. Sent em recorded delivery and packaged the crap out of them with bubblewrap.
2 weeks later they claim they only just opened the parcel as it was "a present" for someone and they are cracked. As we cant prove they werent cracked when sent then we had to offer a refund but this was done thru paypal on the condition that they paid for postage and sent them back recorded.
My advice, they want a refund then they have to send it back 1st

Its magnaflow on mine mate. Came from the states the receipt with the car works out to be £1600 lol the previous owner was mental with cash so the car has every possible extra ect lol
Lovely motors to drive just did a 600mile journey at 35mpg with some lead food moments lol
Even lowered on the 19x10s it still rides soft and responsive lol

There is a reason for the refund as he thinks they are fake lol but to save the hassle i just said fire them back to me and i will just refund you i cannot be arsed with the "E arguments" as once someone gets a thought like that in their head they wont change there mind and i dont have the time to keep replying to e fights ect so just said fire them back and job done lol

blimey!
yeh the ride is so much smoother than my STI, managed 38mpg on my motorway journey yesterday.. averaging about 24 combined
