I've been waiting three weeks fro an item on eBay... Had contact from the seller from day one until I ask for the tracking number. - he doesnt have it... Fortunately as he / she decides to go quiet I can claim via paypal which I've just done...

Just annoying as I wanted to use the item.

it seems i was a little to quick to say the situation was all sorted, basically after first posting the fella got in touch claiming his internet was down and his phone was loading messages properly but it was now fixed and he was organising a courier and i would recieve the splitter early this week, well its nearly end of week and the fella called GOONER1 has not replied to my messages even though he has been on here today several times, so now i have filed a dispute with pay-pal.
