I've not had any problems with mine mate. Looks a good bit of kit. It does bend slightly but i'd rather it do that than be solid, otherwise i'd snap it on the kerb at work
The only strange thing was having to use 20 self-tappers to secure it (along with the standard Subaru fixings too).
I've had mine on for the best part of a year now and it's still like new, far better than a more expensive one I had on my old Impreza.

Ok, Cheers mate. Might consider them.
Did you opt for 20 self tappers yourself or were they supplied by HT?
Also, do you think it would survive being drven through deep snow? Aplitters seem pretty flimsy!

The self tappers were supplied with the splitter (all in a HUGE box!) The splitter was also held on by the 5 or so standard bumper trim clips. I didn't like the thought of using the self tappers but was advised to by HT so I did. I think it was 20, it might have been 15, i'll check tomorrow if you like?
No clue on the snow though mate, sorry

if you have to put self tappers in the splitter then it is poor quality and not worth buying.
who wants to put screws all along there bumper??
i got this from ebay for less than £200 and it fits great,no sagging as its carbon fibre so is very stiff and light and it fits on the original bolts on the underside of the bumper.
it is an sti version but a wrx is available

I do like the look they give, but the hawkeye is pretty low at the front especially mine as it sits on prodrive springs and will scrap a lot if used as an everyday car!
Also the wife drives mine a lot so you have to take that into account, but of course she never scraps the curb, never bumps the front and never leaves it next to old bangers in the supermarket

to stregthen fg modlings you can use builders expanding foam along the back, once dry you cut the excess out, it adds great rigidity too it, and when you get an impact it keeps the bit together rather than destroying it totally lol
