Just thought I would share a recent customer service experience with Europa Prestige of Sheffield.

I had been looking for a few parts for my JDM Forester T T/B. Which started to turn into a bit of a nightmare until I came across Europa Prestige.

I rang several Subaru dealers who did not want to know when the word import was mentioned! I also rang a few breakers who could not help.

But I came across Europa Prestige and spoke with a very helpful chap named Bob.

All he needed was the VIN number of my car and he was able to source every part that I required.

There where a couple of parts we were not sure about as they were very similar so Bob got both parts in, which was next day (today) and he explained the parts to me over the phone this morning so I could choose the right one for my car. The other non required part will be sent back to Subaru. No handling charges for me at all!

Considering every other Subaru dealer that I tried were very unhelpful, I feel that the customer service received from Bob at Europa is nothing short of excellent.

We are very quick to shout about companies that give us bad service etc. But we are not so quick to shout about the good experiences.

So here is a shout out for Bob at Europa Prestige in Sheffield. Excellent customer services and very nice to speak with, nothing seemed too much trouble for Bob.

I feel that others looking for parts, not just for imports, should give Bob a call, I cant recommend him highly enough.

Sounds good hence the dealer I use has access to the Japanese parts catalogue and orders straight from Japan for JDM cars (which turn up quicker than ordering anything from I.M. )
