Looks like a UK spec one aswell. then it would be 265 PS, and i think the prodrive pack made 305PS but that could have been on later cars?

Think it is a jap spec as has rear tints and rear wash wipe, got a 2001/51 jap spec sti rolling roaded at 295bhp 285 torque at 1.4 bar standard spec. Been told that they do vary from 260 to 310 on bhp!

See my post 4.........looks like a very clean Jap example apart from the addition of the rear spoiler which is a copy of an earlier spoiler.

Take someone along who knows the bug STi and if kosher offer £4.5

You do know these beasts can be modded to huge BHP and it has an almost unbreakable drivetrain ??

1.4bar is not standard boost matey, standard boost is still around 0.9-1.0bar.

Do you think car has been mapped to increase boost pressure? Car was running rich I believe, Charlie at surrey rolling road told me about the difference power figures he had seen from this year car.

Can be mapped before or is fitted with MBC(manual boost controller) "bleed valve"..

If its running rich, can be more than boost, can be faulty lambda sensor or MAF sensor,if you could take car to your nearest Subaru specialist, which can have look what is wrong or what is OK.

Think I had figures for AFR starting at 11.0 dropping to 10.0. will be fitting a full decat exhaust soon and hope to get JGM to map it, pretty sure that there is not a manual boost controller fitted.
