By the looks of it no as the metal is creased in which case no, not a dentmaster job.

Panel needs pulling out filling and painting - or get another door the same colour but you may not get an exact paint match.

another alternative is a new door skin but this will involve even more work and the cost of the door skin

To repair i would guess £ 250.00 -300.00 would cover it

highly unlikely police will help, I had a similar situation years ago, police stated as on a private car park there was nothing they could or would do, I witnessed it and had the reg number but they were still not interested, they told me to contact dvla with number and deal with it myself, I would say cheapest option would be as above a used door of same colour, then see how good the match is, if not happy then will have to get it painted probably along with front door and rear quarter, so not cheap, sorry to see this. I had a small scratch by my petrol filler cap an insurance approved body shop wanted over £800 and wanted to spray the whole side of the car to ensure a match, I found someone else who just used a smaller gun and just painted the effected area for less than £100 so shop around if you need any painting doing.

New door in the same colour is the best/cheapest option.

Get a door mate, I was looking for one in 01G Silver (same side), and it seems that there is an abundance of doors available in your colour.

That is retarded. I mean I can understand that it may be impractical to investigate but WTF does it matter if it was in a private car park or on a public road?

If I ran someone over in a private car park are they going to say that?

Arseholes!

Similar thing happened to me. Had to buy back the claim I made as they denied it and the police were utterly useless.

Get yourself down to Scooby Clinic - they know their **** when it comes to bodywork.

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?saddr=...flg=t&t=h&z=17

As above, they'll prob advise on a replacemnt straight door - but they'll be able to repaint and/or cut it back to the CORRECT hue to match...

Yep rang them as there are posters saying CCTV, and they said contact the police and they will get in touch.
Which i did.
Went and checked the place, i can't see any CCTV around
