I have e-mailed him once or twice to enquire about a thing or two, always had a reply,but not always straight away.

Haven't bought anything as of yet though

Carl works alot on the oil rigs, so he's only home around 2 weeks in 6.

Carl is from up my neck of the woods and I know him personally, he won't rip you off if that's what you fear.

As someone else mentoned he works offshore and is probably away just now.
