Default radar/ camera detector

ok so whats a decent bit of kit for picking up cameras etc?
used to have a snooper on my last bug and it seemed pretty decent could update it with a phone cable for no cost etc.

only thinking about another one and dont really wanna spend like 500 or anything

Snooper working only with static cameras(and for this i would buy Garmin,TomTom with Static camera POI update,if you have all ready Garmin PM me and i would help you with this),if you looking for Gatso/police etc camera detector you should have look for Valentine V1 or V2,these you can pick up for £150 used one on eBay.

Its same as Snooper and its not the best on market, working on same system than Snooper, difference is just have fancy LCD.

Snooper or Pogo are just GPS radar detectors, which only pick up hard mounted cameras and don't pick up police cameras and not proper Radar detectors.

If you have an iPhone, download an app called "Trapster". It's free or very cheap and has lots of cameras in it's database. People can add the mobile ones too so you get an alert for those. Pretty good but obviously I don't trust it 100%!
