Default Steering Problem 92 Wrx IMPORT

Hi

I have a 92 import wrx with no steering MOD's and standard brakes, Lowered suspension and 16" 5 spoke Subaru alloys but i have not changed anything recently to make this problem start:

The problem i have is that whilst driving the car in all conditions ( slowly, normally or quick) if i have to turn the steering wheel more than a 1/4 of a turn it feels like the tyres are flat or that the tracking is out and the steering will not self centre.

I have so far:

Had the Tracking Laser checked
Changed Power steering pump.
Changed Cam belt and Auxilery belts

so does anyone have any idea of what to check next or change next?

Any help would be apprieciated

Thanks in advance

Gaz
