She needs to be taken off the road for life that one, its only a matter of time before she kills someone, i do hope the pedestrian she hit wasn't badly hurt, normally i would advise anyone not to get involved in a car chase and to inform the police and let them deal with it, but in this case i think stopping her was the right thing to do and has probably saved someones life, so well done to that guy for catching her.

Jesus H Christ. That's horrible to watch. Good on the guy for doing what he did though, not something I would normally condone, but under the circumstances I can't say I wouldn't have done the same.

Totally agree. A citizen's arrest is something that the public are allowed to do if the circumstances allow it but can backfire if incorrect measures are taken - luckily all ok in this case. It's good that it was all caught on camera. She needs to go away for a long time. The fact she was so heartless and denied it makes me think she needs mental help too. If the victim was indeed 75 yrs old then his life from now on will be significantly affected all due to this one person. She must have been under the influence of something to be driving like she was and to not realise what she had just done. Good on those guys who captured it all.
