Help Wanted for a young disabled Scooby Nut - Newquay Sun 17th July
I'm hoping some of you can join us in making a young disabled lad's year in a run down to Newquay on Sun 17th July
The lad's name is Jake and he's 7 and suffers from cerebral palsy. He's also nuts over scoobs!

I think this is one of those events that goes beyond club boundaries and we really not concerned what club you're part of or if you're a member of SIDC, just that you can come along and help spread some cheer by doing what we all love most, driving our scoobs! ...with that in mind I hope your mods don't mind me posting here!

Sounds like a great Idea, It could be a little too far for me to travel, I will keep any eye on the thread and see how many other sign up.

Newquay is a bit of a drive for me (not sure the old girl will make it!!)
However i have a subaru stamped 4-pot caliper hanging on my wall as a souvenir from a near miss in my first scoob i will gladly send
Been on my wall for 4 years but will send if it makes someone happy!!

Gutted I can't get there personally as in Liverpool all weekend

mine has been sent from the guy on ebay, I explained the situation, and as it happens he and his wife both suffer from cerebral palsy also, and after looking at this thread also donated something and also made a card from me and the family to Luke
