Talking to your self
Or thinking aloud, as i like to put it.
My farther used to do it all the time, he would talk to himself whilst washing the pots,doing the garden watching the tv, especially sporting events he would sit in his chair and literally ride the horse in the grand national, ect you name it he did it.
The worrying thing is i know catch myself doing it
Am i going
or is this a common thing 
oops thought i was in nsr feel free to move it mods, early onset dementia me thinks.. lol
