Welcome to SN mate. The VF turbos are from the STI's. Be aware if you are looking to go down that route you will need a remap, and supporting mods to get the full potential from it.

I would stick with another td04, the exact model will be on the compressor housing, you can do a straight 1 for 1 swapout then, if you change turbo's to say a td05 16G then you need a remap, thats 600 quid and an increase in insurance (plus you need supporting mods with a bigger turbo).
VF turbo's are in most cases off STI's, the common upgrade is a vf35 which is fitted to a uk sti 2ltr, another upgraded turbo is the vf34 which is a roller bearing turbo off the 2001/2002 JDM RA/Spec C.
There are some turbo's you wont be able to use (VF36/VF37 for instance) as these are twin scroll.
Note that running more power means a greater chance of things breaking/wearing quicker, ie gearbox/clutch and the brakes wont be up to the job either.
