Iam thinking of buying a facelift bumper, problem is it has a crack in the moddle just beneath the no. plate, the crack is about 7cm.what i want to ask are they easy to repair .
Advice please.

unless the bumper is real cheap and the right colour then look for an undamaged one. If it needs painting to match your car then might be worth getting it done.

You can do it yourself by using some glass fibre to reinforce the area behind as long as there is space to do so (when fitted back) then fill and paint or let someone else paint it. Like all these jobs the time is in the prep.

make sure you drill a hole at either end of the crack to stop it going any further though befor repair/filling it
