Default Hawkeye wrx insurance?

Just wondering what you guys are paying to insure the above, last year i paid £500 with Keith Micheals, phoned round to renew in march and the best i found was sky ins at £550 but i did'nt re-insure (because i've been using my clio197 instead) so yesturday i got the urge to get the impreza back on the road and the quote sky gave me was almost £100 more than the March quote but with a bit of haggling got it down to £590, £90 more than last year, i'm 40, 9yrs no claims, clean lisence, living in Swansea SA7, mods disclosed, so what are you paying?

I'm 25 and pay £1200 with sky on a hawkeye WRX, mods declared (sti spoiler, decals and exhaust) with 6 years no claims.

If that sounds expensive the next cheapest were Admiral at £1450!!!

£750 ish, 35, 8 years no claims, all mods declared, limited to 4,000 a year with A-plan!! Sky was cheaper but left it to late to change and A-Plan wanted a stupidly large cancellation fee!!!

I payed £900 for two months insurance as i transfered it over from my old car, but next month when its time to renew it should be about £1400 with 2yrs no claims which i dont think is too bad considering im 22 and have a few points too.

I paid £500 last july for my hawk WRX, suspension mods and LPG conversion, this was with Greenlight. I'm 30 with one none faults in the past 3 years, no points and max no claims.

I'm dreading the renewal though, everything seems to be a lot more expensive than last year so I'm preparing to be bent over.
