If yours is a stainless system, or back box. Its most likely to just be condensation. Most back boxes have a tiny hole for it to drain out.
I notice this with mine mainly in the winter or cold mornings or cooler evenings.
In my opinion it is nothing to worry about, hope this helps.

Oh don't say that. I wanted an excuse to upgrade my upgradings for new exhaust and especially as I miss the burble from my recently departed WRX with Prodrive silencer.
