Default Alloy Wheels question - Advice needed

I am hoping to fit Rota GTR-D wheels to my 54 Plate STI.

Ideally I want to fit 18" x 9.5" on the 5x114 size stud.

Does anybody know what tyre size I need and if I would need to roll my arches.

My car has not been lowered yet.

Also does anybody recommend a good business to buy them from?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Dan

Get them from Maggs, he'll do you a good price. 225/40s or 235/40s can be stretched over a 9.5" rim but TBH it would look a bit odd without some lowering. If it isn't lowered you shouldn't need to roll the arches

Thanks for the advice.

I have a feeling I spoke to M444gy some time ago about tyres.
I cant remember if it was when I had my first Impreza though.

I think I will use him as a few people have recommended him in the past.
I will phone him nearer the time as I need a chat about carrying out my wheel plan.
I probably need to wait a a little longer before buying as I am getting maried in 4 weeks time and there is lots to pay for.

Wheels should come first though surely.

How do you set out on your honey moon without a good set of wheels?
