Hi
I live in west sussex and with my previous performance cars, Golf VR6 and Nissan 350z, I was lucky enough to have very good trustworthy experienced independent specialists who could do all the work/servicing or fitting mods to my car, and at half the cost of main dealers but with better experience. I never take my car to a main dealer unless I have to as they are often less experienced than a specialist but yet charge far more money.

So far unfortunately I can't find any Subaru specialists in the Sussex/Surrey/Hampshire area. I need a fairly local garage in this area who I can go to but I can travel an hour if the garage is good, for regular work. Are there any south east guys who can recommend a specialist?

Greenwood Racing Developments or JS Engineering mate. Also Subaru 4 u.

 

There is Dan at Surrey Subaru specialists, he's based in Camberley, known him for many years and he knows them well and does a good job

 

+1 for Dan @ Surrey subaru specialists or Stew @TFS racing, they share the same workshop and both are very knowledgeable when it comes to subaru's, i have trusted them with my spec c and i am very happy with the work they did on it.

Would recommend Southern Motor Developments in Newhaven, half of the local club uses them

Never heard of them and lived in Guildford for many years now, surprised

 

rich at fb tuning in high wycome is highly recomended has done alot of work to my car and been very happy,wont take my car anywere else

 

lol always the way, they've been there for about12 years or more but i use to own a 3000GT and used them alot, and now use them for my Scooby there are alot of others about, but i suppose you'll only use the guys you'll trust and i trust these guys 100% as they've done alot of work on my old car and i've had no issues, there in henley business park

+1 Rich FB Tuning he is in princes risborough near high wycombe which I think is bucks recently done my clutch and sorted out my geabrox cannot fault this guy .

 

Another vote for SMD. Honest, reliable and looks after the car as if its his own.

 

Fb tuning, or GRD. Used both. Both excellent.

"Slowboy Racing" there attention to detail is outstanding

 

Our car was booked in for service and mot on Tuesday, due to a binding brake we couldn't get the car there until late on Tuesday. As we had missed our day they worked around it.
The car was Mot'd and they worked through until 8 pm on Thursday night so we could have the car back. I have to say that their service is top notch, i even had a cup of tea made by Len himself. Always a good price, nothing ever hidden and they are spot with quotes, this is not the only good experience of dealing with them for 7 years and as long as i have a Subaru i will use them.
