'56' STi value
Hi all,
have decided that I need something new and the STi has to go. I am not at all close to values of these cars, does anybody have a view on the value of my car?
56 plated STi
Metallic Crystal Grey
48k miles
FSH
Still has Subaru AUC warranty
No dents/nicks/scratches on the body or wheels (pretty much as it rolled off the dealers forecourt when I bought it)
Any pointers greatfully received.
thanks

Been looking at trade-in values for my 56 WRX SL (not STi). Pretty much same condition as yours - but mine's a wagon and has done 52 k miles, no warranty. One Subaru dealer was going to give me £6,000 trade-in, another £7,000 trade-in.

I was looking to buy only three weeks ago and most 2006-2007 STI cars at dealers were priced at 13 up to 16k at the high end, most around 14-15k though, depending on spec. Privately they were going for around £12-13k in good spec. This is just my bit of research when I was searching extensively. PPP pack and different colours may make a difference though. I'd advertise for £12.5k and see how you get on. The buyer will always bargain it down.

4 weeks ago i bought mine for 12.7k, it was from a main specialst dealer, tidy car mind with leather seats etc on sti , ive seen others roughly simliar price so on private sale id say 11k max on a type uk, ofc jdm , spec c etc will be more
Ps also it may just be me but the PPP wouldnt add any value to the car ( for me anyways) since its basically just an exhaust with a generic map , id much prefer to go down the route of choosing my own exhaust and custom map
