has anyone had any dealings with these chaps, im considering spending several hundred pounds with them but want to know if anyone has had any problems or after sales service with them?

Obviously 2010 would be a record year if that was the first year in business, personally I'd stay well clear and buy from one of the many reputable traders that sell k-sport etc.
