My Impreza is a 97 car with paint code 230. It's white obviously and I always thought the paint was called 'feather white'.
I've been to two paint suppliers today to get a couple of rattle cans mixed up. Both companies were unable to find feather white on their systems and both said that 230 white comes back as 'pure white'.
Is this the same colour ???
I've done a search on the interweb and feather white comes up there as 230.

Anybody else had this problem and what did you do ??

There are 3 different shades of 230 white ,its best to take your petrol flap off ,give it a good polishing and take it to a proper car paint supplier who will have the correct colour chips to match it to your flap
