Default Question for a bodyshop/ paint sprayer

I recently had my front bumper repainted due to a bad case of road rash now I don’t really know sod all about painting so don’t know if im being picky…

The colour match appears to be perfect (dark grey metallic) as it was blended /flicked onto the wings instead of painting to an edge however under bright sunlight there appears to more metal flake/ glitter on the freshly painted bumper which kind of glitters a bit more in the sunlight that that the rest of the car.

Out of the sunlight in looks perfect, i suppose the question is can you actually ever match factory paint including the consistence of the flake?

Maybe I just notice as I know it been done, I am a fussy git!

you will tend to look at it more knowing you have just had it painted,
give it a few weeks let the paint wear and then look at your car as a whole

Been about 2 months since painted but have only just noticed it in the sunny weather, only notice it when the suns directly on the car.
