Default Fluctuating rear o2 sensor voltage

Hi,

plugged into ECU diagnostics/Romraider and the o2 rear sensor voltage rapidly changes from about 0.4v to 3.5v - i'm talking every 0.5seconds or so.

Does it matter?

I'm running a decatted centre section so unsure if this could be causing the issue?

thanks
